We store your name, email, a password hash, and any optional profile details you provide to manage your account and fill document headers. We also store resume text and file names, saved cover letters, job applications, notes, and usage counters to provide the tools you use.

Uploaded files are read in your browser; extracted text is sent to our server when you save it. AI requests send relevant resume text, profile details, job descriptions and instructions to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate results. Avoid including sensitive information you do not need for a job application.

Cloudflare hosts the website, database and AI processing. Its infrastructure processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Workers AI data usage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your network request when those files load.

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage remembers your theme, selected resume, sign-in hint and cookie preferences. These preferences support the app's operation.

Optional analytics runs only after you select Allow analytics. We count page views by day and a fixed route name. We do not include query strings, resume text, form inputs, email addresses or visitor identifiers in analytics. Analytics totals are retained for up to 90 days and cleared as new analytics arrive. Security rate limits and operational logs are separate from these counts.

You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal disables analytics.

Account information and saved documents remain until you delete them. Delete individual resumes from Your resumes or delete your account in Settings to remove your account and its associated records from the app database. Session records expire; security counters and hosting logs follow their operational retention. Deletion from the app does not remove copies you downloaded or sent elsewhere.

You can edit profile details in Settings. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact the developer. We do not sell your resume or account information.
